MTB
MTB or Mechanical Trip Button is a proprietary lockout feature that prevents an operator from re-energizing the circuit breaker before isolating the fault and resetting the MTB.
When activated, the MTB latches the output contacts and continues to indicate the presence of a fault until it is cleared, and the relay reset. All these are achieved without the need for an auxiliary power supply to the relay.
